30 Days Easy Return & Exchange Policy
Your happiness matters to us. If something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. No stress, no long explanations.
What we need from you
- Your request within 30 days of delivery.
- The item unused, unwashed, uncut and unstitched, with tags and original packaging intact.
- Your order number, so we can find your order quickly.
Received something wrong or damaged?
We're sorry if that happens. Please send us clear photos or a short video of the parcel and the product on WhatsApp as soon as you can, and we will replace it or put it right.
How to request a return or exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp at 0324 7316223, or email hassanhussaincutpeice@gmail.com, with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong.
- Our team will reply, confirm your request and guide you through the next step.
- Once we receive and check the item, we will send your exchange or process your refund.
Exchanges
Fancy a different design? You can exchange for any other piece of your choice, subject to availability. If the new piece costs more or less, we will simply adjust the difference.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, or in the way we agree with you. We will keep you updated at every step.
